Great Lakes Grinders (Branding) - The following project is drawn from an imaginary sub/grinder company based in the Metro Detroit area. Me along with some fellow colleagues created the designs for the brand. I was personally tasked with creating the packaging for the companies fast food items. For this project, I worked hand and hand with two other classmates to create what we thought was the face of Great Lake Grinders. We went for a very minimalist color palette keeping in mind the idea of having a more refined minimalist design.

Throughout the design process, I took the liberty of finding mockups for designs that I believed best fit the branding of Great Lakes Grinders. What we typically identify as subs are often times called Grinders in the Boston area of the United States. The packaging allows for a simple yet playful interaction when purchasing any of the food products from Great Lakes Grinders.
