I chose to create a mobile app centered around helping users locate specific entities in the Rockstar videogame Red Dead Redemption II (2018). Within this game, you are an outlaw on the western frontier in the year 1899. One of the key navigators in the game is the in game map that allows you to locate towns, outposts, camps and missions. Being on the frontier, you often times find yourself documenting wildlife and fauna for the purpose of creating tonics with wildflowers and/or locating animals for pelt trading.
It becomes tiresome when you are constantly having to look up guides online via YouTube regarding the whereabouts of these species of fauna and flora. So, in order to better condense the search time for users I wanted to create a database called Flora & Fauna.
This app draws inspiration from the Read Dead Online Map created by a user named JeanRopke. Flora and Fauna allows users to better locate entities within the game as well as provide some background information on whichever entity they are looking for in particular.

The following video is a demonstration of every feature of the Flora and Fauna app. These include, a chat feature, including both a public and private forum to chat with other users, a personalized profile, FAQ, Home page, as well as a button that allows the user to go to the developers bug report page. This was all made possible through the many tools provided by Adobe XD.
